  1. Place tenderloins in a flat dish with sides
  2. In a small bowl
  3. Mix together all lemon juice
  4. Mustard
  5. And herbs
  6. Pour marinade over the chicken
  7. Marinate for 30 minutes and up to 12 hours
  8. Covered
  9. In the refrigerator
  10. In a large nonstick skillet
  11. Heat the oil over medium heat
  12. Add in the tenderloins
  13. Saute for 3 minutes on each side until they are just cooked through
  14. Remove from heat immediately so they remain tender
  15. Serve
