this is a soft, lemony cookie i found in a pillsbury cookbook.

  1. Heat oven to 350f
  2. In large bowl
  3. Combine all ingredients except last 1 / 4 cup sugar
  4. Blend well
  5. Firmly press into 1-inch balls
  6. Roll in 1 / 4 cup sugar
  7. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
  8. Bake at 350f for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Cool a minute or so before removing from cookie sheets
