  1. Boil water
  2. Peel and chop ginger into fine pieces
  3. Add lemon
  4. Honey
  5. Cayenne and ginger to a mug
  6. Top with boiling water and let steep for five to ten minutes
  7. Until the ginger is strong and aromatic
  8. Stir well and enjoy while flipping through your favourite magazine
