  1. Drain and rinse the olives
  2. Reserving brine
  3. Layer olives
  4. Oregano sprigs
  5. Garlic
  6. Lemon wedges and peppercorns in olive jar

  8. Shake well and let olives marinate for at least 1 week in refrigerator
