this has become one of my all time favorite recipes!!!

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a strainer
  2. In a medium saucepan heat the quinoa and water to boiling
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy
  4. About 15 minutes
  5. Drain any extra water and set aside
  6. While the quinoa is cooking
  7. Make the dressing
  8. Whisk together the garlic
  9. Tahini
  10. Lemon zest and juice
  11. And olive oil
  12. Add the hot water to thin and then add the salt
  13. Toss the cooked quinoa
  14. Beans
  15. Cilantro
  16. Red onion
  17. And half of the dressing
  18. Add more dressing if desired and season with additional salt to taste
  19. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro
