i love good tuna salad, so cool and refreshing in the summer. and tuna melts are good all year round! this is a quick and easy recipe, but it's my favorite.

Steps

  1. In small bowl
  2. Combine well the first 8 ingredients
  3. Set aside
  4. Toast bread
  5. Top with tuna
  6. Top with tomato slices
  7. Top with cheese slices
  8. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400f oven until cheese melts
  9. About 3-5 minutes
  10. Serve warm
  11. Makes great regular sandwiches on bread
  12. Croissants or bagels
  13. Or stuffed summer tomatoes
  14. Too !
