  1. Peel
  2. Devein and rinse shrimp
  3. Place shrimp in medium-sized deep bowl
  4. For marinade
  5. Combine lemon juice
  6. Chopped dill
  7. Oil
  8. Garlic
  9. Salt and black pepper in small bowl
  10. Pour over shrimp
  11. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes or in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours
  12. Meanwhile
  13. Cook zucchini in small amount of boiling water in small covered saucepan 2 minutes
  14. Drain
  15. Drain shrimp
  16. Reserving marinade
  17. Thread shrimp
  18. Zucchini and bell pepper on 8 metal skewers
  19. Grill kabobs on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender
  20. Turning once and brushing occasionally with some marinade during first half of cooking
  21. Or
  22. Broil on unheated rack of broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes
  23. Turning once and brushing occasionally with some marinade during the first half of cooking
  24. Discard any remaining marinade
  25. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs if desired
