this is a simple and elegant dish that starts with ground chicken. lemon and dill make it light and fresh! this came out of a woman's day magazine.

  1. Cook orzo in lightly salted water as package directs
  2. Drain
  3. Return to pot
  4. Add remaining orzo ingredients
  5. Toss to mix
  6. Cover to keep warm
  7. While orzo cooks
  8. Mix patties ingredients except chicken
  9. Add chicken
  10. Mix well
  11. Form into sixteen 1 / 2-inch thick patties
  12. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet
  13. Add patties
  14. Cook over medium heat
  15. Turning once
  16. About 5 minutes
  17. Until opaque in center
  18. Serve with orzo
  19. Serves 4
