Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. In a small bowl
  3. Blend together the mustard
  4. Lemon juice and brown sugar
  5. Reserve 1 / 2 cup
  6. Place the ham
  7. Flat side down
  8. In a shallow roasting pan
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 60 minutes
  10. Remove from oven
  11. Remove foil and turn ham on side
  12. Place the pineapple slices in pan around ham
  13. Brush the ham and pineapple with glaze
  14. Return to oven and continue to bake for 45 minutes longer or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 140 degrees
  15. Turn pineapple slices and brush ham and pineapple with additional glaze
  16. Stir chives into reserved glaze and serve ham and pineapple with glaze
