lemon cream cheese pound cake


i have this thing with cream cheese. i like it with lots of different things. i really like it with lemon. this is a tasty recipe that i make for the summer. i believe it came from toh. i haven't changed anything from the original as we like it so much!

  • Carbohydrates: 466.0

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Grease and flour bundt cake pan
  3. Beat sugar
  4. Margarine and cream cheese on large bowl until fluffy
  5. Beat in lemon juice
  6. Vanilla
  7. Extracts and salt
  8. Add eggs
  9. One at time
  10. Beating after each addition
  11. Add flour
  12. Beat until smooth
  13. Spread in pan
  14. Bake about 90 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
  15. Cool 10 minutes
  16. Remove from pan
  17. Cool completely
  18. Spread lemon glaze over cake
  19. Allowing some to drizzle down side
  20. For glaze - mix all ingredients until smooth
