lemon coconut sugar free no bake jell o cheesecake


i decided to build upon my recipe for no bake cheesecake that i recently posted here. thought i use lemon and coconut flavors, you can put together your own flavor combinations.

  • Carbohydrates: 209.5
  • Fats: 30.0
  • Dietary Fiber: 1.0
  • Minerals: 5.0
  • Proteins: 11.0
  • Vitamins: 59.0
  • Water: 0.0


  1. Mix and dissolve gelatin in the boiling water
  2. Set aside to cool
  3. In a mixer
  4. Beat the cream cheese and sugar substitute until smooth
  5. Beat in the eggs
  6. Then stir in cream
  7. Place mixture in saucepan to cook
  8. Then simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Remove from heat and pour into a medium bowl
  10. Stir in jell-o mixture
  11. Pour mixture into either a 8x8 brownie pan or a 9" pie plate
  12. Cover with plastic and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
