Steps

  1. Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water
  2. Cook and stir ground beef
  3. Onin and garlic over medium heat until beef is light brown
  4. Drain
  5. Stir rice
  6. Parsley
  7. 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  8. The lemon pepper
  9. Cinnamon
  10. Oregano
  11. 1 1 / 2 cups water and cheese into beef
  12. Heat to boiling
  13. Reduce heat
  14. Cover and simmer
  15. Stirring occasionally
  16. Until water is absorbed
  17. About 15 minutes
  18. Heat oven to 350
  19. Dry cabbage leaves
  20. Sprinkle with 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  21. Mound 1 / 2 cup filling at stem end of each cabbage leaf
  22. Roll
  23. Folding in sides
  24. Fasten with wooden picks
  25. Place in ungreased baking dish
  26. Pour 1 cup water over cabbage rolls
  27. Cover and bake 30 minutes
  28. Drain
  29. Spoon hot lemon sauce over cabbage rolls
  30. Garnish with parsley
  31. Lemon sauce
  32. Mix 1 package chicken gravy mix
  33. 3 / 4 cup water and 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  34. Heat to boiling
  35. Stirring occasionally
