  1. Stir sugar
  2. Lemon juice and peel in medium bowl
  3. Add buttermilk
  4. Stir until sugar dissolves
  5. Chill until cold
  6. About 4 hours
  7. "process mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions"
  8. Transfer to container with lid
  9. Freeze
  10. I estimated the freezer time
  11. After it is made in the ice cream maker
  12. At 3 hours
  13. It just depends on you frig and how frozen you want the sorbet
