  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Position oven rack in middle of oven
  3. Spray the bottom only of a 13x9 inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
  4. Melt cup butter in a small saucepan over low heat
  5. In a big bowl beat the cake mix
  6. Melted butter
  7. And 1 egg using an electric mixer set on medium speed until well blended
  8. Pat the dough evenly into the prepared pan
  9. Set aside
  10. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan set over low heat
  11. In a big bowl beat the cream cheese
  12. Lemon juice
  13. And lemon zest with a electric mixer set on medium speed until blended and smooth
  14. Add in melted butter and remaining 3 eggs
  15. Blend until smooth
  16. Add in the powdered sugar
  17. Blend until smooth
  18. Stir in the blueberries
  19. Spread lemon-blueberry mixture over prepared crust
  20. Bake 42-45 minutes
  21. Transfer pan to a wire rack
  22. Cool completely
  23. Cut into bars
  24. Cover and store in the refrigerator
