lemon balsamic vinaigrette


this yummy vinaigrette comes from country living. i use half oil and half water to cut down on the fat and calories in this and all my other dressings.

  1. Combine lemon juice
  2. Vinegar
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. And garlic in a medium bowl
  6. Whisking constantly
  7. Add the oil in a thin stream
  8. Serve or store refrigerated for up to 1 week
