  1. Drain and rinse beans well
  2. In a food processor
  3. Combine all ingredients except parsley
  4. Process on high until texture is very smooth and creamy
  5. Pulse in parsley
  6. Adjust ingredient amounts to suit your taste
  7. This is a very forgiving recipe and amounts do not need to be exact
  8. Place in covered bowl and chill for at least 2 hours
  9. Serve with warm pita bread
  10. Pita chips and assorted vegetables cut to dipping size
