  1. Bake 1 lemon cake according to pkg
  2. Directions in a 9x13 pan
  3. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups liquid
  4. Prepare 1 pkg
  5. Lemon pudding according to directions using the 2 cups liquid
  6. Cool until warm
  7. Fold in the pineapple
  8. Spread over the cake
  9. Mix topping ingredients together
  10. Beat to soft peaks
  11. Spread over pineapple mixture
  12. Refrigerate till serving time
