this makes a pretty white cookie and can easily be changed to make orange flavored cookies.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine flour
  3. Baking soda
  4. Baking powder and salt
  5. Set aside
  6. In a large bowl
  7. Combine sugar
  8. Yogurt
  9. Eggs
  10. Oil
  11. Lemon peel and lemon juice
  12. Stir until well blended
  13. Add dry ingredients
  14. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened
  15. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
  16. 2 inches apart on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray
  17. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown
  18. Cool 1 minute
  19. Remove from baking sheet to wire rack and cool completely
