these are delicious lemony bars baked in a pie plate and cut into wedges. sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream for a special easy to make dessert.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In food processor
  3. Process butter
  4. 1 / 4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup flour for 10 seconds
  5. Pat dough evenly into a butter greased 9" round pie plate
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown
  7. Meanwhile
  8. Combine eggs
  9. Sugar
  10. Lemon zest
  11. Lemon juice
  12. 3 tablespoons of flour and mix until smooth
  13. Pour mixture over hot crust and bake 15 minutes more or until slightly firm
  14. Let cool completely in pan
  15. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
