  1. Cook rice in boiling salted water until almost
  2. But not quite
  3. Done
  4. Drain rice and return to pot
  5. "meanwhile
  6. Melt butter in a small skillet over low heat
  7. Add onion and cook until browned
  8. I usually add a few drops of oil so that the butter wont burn"
  9. Add the onion and the rest of the ingredients to the rice
  10. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until completely done
