  1. Cook linguine according to package
  2. Omit the salt
  3. Drain well
  4. Place in medium bowl
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over
  6. Meanwhile
  7. Melt the margarine in small pan over medium heat
  8. Add chives
  9. Cook till chives are soft
  10. Combine milk and cornstarch in small bowl
  11. Stir into saucepan
  12. Cook and stir till thick
  13. Stir in dill
  14. Parsley
  15. Lemon peel and pepper
  16. Pour milk mixture over noodles
  17. Sprinkle with cheese
  18. Toss to coat evenly
  19. Garnish with lemon and dill if desired
  20. Serve immediately
