  1. Sift together the dry ingredients
  2. Cream the butter and sugar
  3. Add eggs
  4. One at a time
  5. And mix well after each addition
  6. Stir in the crumbled lemon thyme
  7. Form into a ball
  8. Place in a zip lock type plastic bag and refrigerate several hours or overnight
  9. Preheat oven to 350
  10. Roll into 1" balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet
  11. Flatten slightly
  12. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes
  13. Watch closely
