  1. In a small bowl
  2. Combine the flour
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. Set aside 4-1 / 2 teaspoons for sauce
  5. Sprinkle the remaining flour mixture over both sides of chicken
  6. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray
  7. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until juices run clear
  8. Remove and keep warm
  9. In the same pan
  10. Saute onion in butter until tender
  11. Add thyme and reserved flour mixture
  12. Stir until blended
  13. Gradually stir in the broth and lemon juice
  14. Scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan
  15. Bring to a boil
  16. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened
  17. Serve over chicken
  18. Sprinkle with parsley
