  1. Flatten chicken to 1 / 2-in
  2. Thickness
  3. Coat with flour
  4. In a large skillet
  5. Cook chicken in butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear
  6. Remove and keep warm
  7. Add teriyaki sauce
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Garlic and sugar to the skillet
  10. Stir to loosen browned bits
  11. Return chicken to the pan
  12. Bring to a boil
  13. Reduce heat
  14. Simmer
  15. Uncovered
  16. For 2-3 minutes or until heated through
