  1. Cut avocados in half with knife and separate
  2. Remove seed
  3. And with a large spoon
  4. Scoop out flesh into a bowl
  5. Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado and mash the flesh with a fork
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients
  7. Serve immediately or store refrigerated
  8. With one of the avocado seeds pressed into the dip to help retain its color
  9. Goes well with tortilla chips
  10. Warm tortillas
  11. Toasted pita bread
  12. Fresh veggies and crudites
  13. As a topping for chimichangas
  14. Whatever you desire
  15. "just dont go putting dallops into your margaritas !"
