  1. Place dates in water and bring water to a boil
  2. Cover
  3. Remove from heat
  4. And set aside to let dates to soften
  5. If your dates are really soft
  6. You may skip this step
  7. Meanwhile
  8. Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine
  9. Add cashews and grind until fine
  10. Add walnuts and grind until fine
  11. Remove dates from water and add to food processor along with remaining ingredients and process until mixture is well combined
  12. With your hands
  13. Form a ball using about 2 teaspoons of mixture at a time
  14. Roll each ball in coconut
  15. Serve and enjoy !
