Welcome to my house, in the mainland of Venice. I’m happy to share with you my vegetarian cooking in a simple and cheerful family style atmosphere. I will delighted to cook for you the delights of Italy, but also of Argentina, India, Brazil, Greece and more. This menu is a perfect fusion of the best recipes I’ve learnt abroad. MENU Appetizers: Homemade, long fermented, organic bread with Hummus (chickpea and Tahina) (Middle East), and tofu cream. Main course: Seitan Strogonoff with Basmati rice and dried porcini mushrooms, cooking cream, tomato sauce, and mustard. Side dishes: Kniches, mushroom style eggplant, grilled veggies. Dessert: Caramel cream “a la Krisana”. Drinks: You will enjoy red wine. It is very accessible via public transport.
