Celebrate Día de Muertos-style any time of the year in the heart of Coyocán! This cocktail-style dinner buffet is a celebration of life with fellow travelers, new friends, as well as your local hosts. Sip on some fine mezcal and Mexican beers while chowing down on the traditional dishes from the region.
So much to talk about in a little amount of time, even though we extended a few hours. Tim has a wealth of knowledge to share about food and the science of behind the cooking processes. We learned how easy it can be to make some delicious traditional plates as well as how different the flavors can be with the same ingredients prepared in different ways. He will also help you find the right ingredients in any country you return to.
Vote : 5/5We couldn’t have had a lovelier time, where to start first - the delicious and perfectly executed dishes, the warm and fun company, the special ambience, the thoughtful theme and learnings from the night. In short, it was a memorable night and you should definitely treat yourself to this experience with Tim! I’d recommend doing it early in your trip - we left with countless recommendations. This is what traveling is all about! Thanks for welcoming us into CDMX, we’re still glowing :)
Vote : 5/5What a wonderful evening with Tim and a group of new friends! The location is conveniently located in the center of the Mexico City. The the informal design and decoration of the open kitchen and apartment with a loft is warm and welcoming. Tim is a great host: easy going but a hard worker in the kitchen, fun, has a great knowledge of Mexico City life. And, our dinner was a flower based meal and the the food Tim prepared was fantastic!!! From the mixed drinks, to the appetizers and main dish — all flower infused — it was all very favorable and delectable!!! Great space, great host, wonderful food.
