He gradueted The Culinary Arts Academy in İstanbul and gained experience in New York. He will welcome to you with his engaged Ayse. Also Ayse graduated Professional Pastry and Bakery. Ayse has experience in this department in Toronto. They love cooking and baking together. Foods are made by Omer. Breads are made by Ayse. The apartment is One of Old İstanbul buildings in Tesvikiye that most popular and luxury street in İstanbul. Next to Mall. You can find all of brands at this area for shopping. Near to Macka Park that is the one of biggest Parks in istanbul. It's 5 minutes by walking from the apartment.
We really enjoyed the meal as it was traditional and with high quality. Location was also real good and coZY. Hosts also were kind and nice. We enjoyed the confitures and bread a lot! Also the tea, turkish coffee and cheese. Amazing way to have traditional food in a modern turkish environment specially during pandemics... they were also following all hygiene protocoles.
