Cook a traditional Italian meal in the Tuscan countryside with vegetables picked from the garden, followed by dinner and a live performance of Italian Opera by professional musicians at sunset! • You'll learn how to prepare a full menu according to old Italian traditions, including different kinds of homemade pasta and dessert, using ingredients that you'll pick from the garden together • Start the experience with a traditional Italian 'moka' coffee, and then enjoy an aperitif and wine with dinner • In a beautiful home in the middle of the Tuscan hills • Communal cooking class and dining for 4 to 15 people (for private events, contact the host) • The host is a certified sommelier who will explain the characteristics of Prosecco and extra-virgin olive oil About your host, Lucrezia: "I'm an energetic and enthusiastic swing dancer, saxophonist, and sommelier. So good. Lucrezia was charming, natural, knowledgeable, and led a terrific, fluid class, even via Zoom! I couldn't believe how smoothly she handled not just teaching, cooking, and engaging with us, but also how well she kept tabs on participants' progress, making sure every one of us was doing the prep and cooking correctly, and without falling behind. This can be tricky in person, but as mere camera squares on her screen - brava, Lucrezia!

We had a lovely evening. The host accommodated us even when i had the wrong date. They did everything they could to make sure we had the best time. Would highly recommend this event.

Lucrezia's recipes are so easy to follow and VERY delicious! The musical surprise as we sipped our white wine and hand-shaped our pasta provided the perfect atmosphere to transport us and have us imagining we were in our own Tuscan kitchen. My kitchen smelled wonderful! Our whole private group had a lot of fun, and I highly recommend this class - especially for beginners!
