We had such a fun time at Monty's cooking class. The pre-class prep and ingredient's listing was very understandable and easy to follow, Monty was very attentive to each of us and showed great cooking tip and each step was shown using the 2 cameras so we felt like we were right there with him in the kitchen. The meal was awesome, and we learned more about Indian culture. We had a really fun time and really enjoyed the class. Thank you!
Vote : 5/5Monty was an awesome instructor! He was very knowledgeable and good spirited. He was able to roll with the changes I wanted to make in the recipe (remove the dairy for my dietary restrictions) and the dish still came out tasting great. I'm already planning my next cooking session with him! Would highly recommend. Only tip I would give is to get the ingredients in advance as some of the spices weren't available in my local grocery store and so I had to last minute make a trip to a specialty Indian grocery store to make sure I had everything I needed.
Vote : 5/5We had a fabulous event with Monty and his wife Harshita. Monty is fun and friendly and expertly guided us through his delicious recipe. It was also interesting to learn some facts about Jaipur and Monty's travels along the way. A wonderful evening that I would highly recommend! thank you Monty and Harshita.
