A wonderful learning and dining experience with Gaetano, his family, and friends. I could not imagine a better evening of great food, great drink, and great company. If your in Napoli, be sure to include an evening with Gaetano!

Gaetano was the most wonderful host and chef. He welcomed us into his beautiful home where we met his family, cooked in his kitchen using fresh, delicious ingredients, and enjoyed our meal with Italian wine. This experience was so much more than I expected and the food was out of this world. So much better than a big group class. Intimate and personal, just great. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the BEST experience with Gaetano and highly recommend the pasta-making class with him. This was truly an authentic Italian experience and are so grateful we made it a part of our trip. Thank you, Gaetano!
