MENU • Starter The national filipino dish, Adobo (chicken cooked in garlic, onions, soy sauce and vinegar) • Main course Sisig (Grilled pork, chicken liver, raw onions, chillies, calamansi, & mayonnaise all minced and topped with a raw egg & served on a sizzling plate) Sinigang (Sour Fish Soup with a variety of filipino vegetables cooked in a tamarind broth.) Pritong Bangus (Fried milk fish) • Drinks: You will enjoy red wine, white wine and beer. There is an elevator in the building, and it is very accessible via public transport. Traditional Filipino Food. Family style eating, home cooked meal served on our dining table. Feel free to eat with your hands! Can all be eaten with rice served on a banana leaf.
