For those who are already vegans or for those who want to try it... For those who think that you can not eat vegan without spending a fortune... For those who believe that vegans and vegetarians eat grass… For those who have heard that vegan recipes are made with exotic seaweeds and strange oddities … This dinner is for you :) Simple and tasty courses with local organic seasonal or self agricultured ingredients. We go weekly to the organic market, have our fruit trees, garden and vineyards and use all organic ingredients. If you wish you can also join us to go on Saturday moring to the market and to cook together. The options you can choose from: Starter: Soup - cream soup of parnship, celery, vegetable soup with ginger and azuki beans First course - whole grain organic short or long pasta with walnut/pesto/tomato/batata with rosemary sauce Second first course - risotto with porcini mushrooms, saffron or spinach Main course: vegetables baked in oven with spices/vegetable stew with ginger and spices /veg balls and celery baked in oven Dessert: home made dry fruit cheese and apple cake /crostata cake (no milk, egg or sugar)/ home made biscuits , seasonal fruits from our gardens
I met Petra and her husband in their Appartment, where the kitchen is integrated in the room, so you join the cooking war is very cosy. The meal was very tasty and the atmosphere nice. They are both very friendly and have an inviting behaviour, so you feel comfortable like Home. We had good conversations the whole evening. For me a clear recommandation.Vote : 5/5
We utterly enjoyed our evening with Petra, Antonio and Mattia. They treated us to a thoughtful, naturally spiced meal with nicely curated ingredients from the family farm, local producers, and the care package from Antonio’s mother. All-in-all, it was the alternative to the traditional meat-oriented Hungarian cuisine we were hoping for. We particularly appreciated our hosts love of conversation, food, and life. Brava, Petra.
