I am hosting alone. I would like to host a super quality, fresh and excellent tasting dinner party with a cosy atmosphere. The menu is going to be 5 courses, based on available seasonal and local vegetables according to the season. Each dish is going to be light, however filling it may sound. My aim is to show you the healthy approach to Hungarian cuisine and the way we can make traditional grandma's dishes today.
