A taste of cutting edge 'New Nordic' cuisine in a vibey yet professional pop-up restaurant setting, with budding superstar Chef and former sous chef from Michelin-starred restaurant Bloom in the Park of Malmö, Sweden. Back by popular demand following his maiden supper club series in October 2021, Chef Marcus Jansson makes his return to London for the latest exhibition of his 'New Nordic Manifesto' concept, across five fresh courses. Having cooked in Michelin star kitchens across Europe and across cuisines from Scandinavian and French to Spanish, Jansson most recently worked as Sous Chef to Titti Qvarnström, the first female Nordic chef to receive a Michelin star, at Bloom at the Park in Mälmo, Sweden. He competed in Swedish Chef of the year (2018), coming second place.
