He is a Master Chef in Italian Cuisine certified by Academia Barilla. Ivan has been nominated Best Chef America 3 years in a row and have been published on the New York Times and other national publications numerous times.
Great experience! Ivan and his team were great. The people who participated in the class were all also great and we had a fun time. We learned a lot and ate everything we prepared. I would definitely recommend Ivan and I will be taking another class soon!
