Friday Nights Supper Club. Dining Experience at the Chef House. “Mediterranean Flavors of my Childhood” is the first Friday Night Supper Club of a serie of exclusive thematic culinary nights. This menu reflects the flavors of my childhood in the family home with a contemporary touch. Welcome Tapa - Iberico Ham Croquettes. - Boquerones (Marinated White Anchovies in Oil) with Potato Chips topped with Garlic and Parsleys!! Appetizer - Bao bun of Mackerel marinated in Rice Vinegar with Hummus of Edamame. - Crown of Sweet Potato w. Bottarga, Green Garlic Aioli, EVOO & Scallions. Entrée - Sous Vide Calamari with Mango. Dessert - Pan de Calatrava "Spanish Bread Pudding" with EVOO Ice Cream.
