An authentic Greek dinner prepared with Love

My name is Christina and with my partner Nikos we had a small Bistro-restaurant for 23 years called 'Indigo' in the center of Rhodes city. All these years,our customers helped me or rather trusted me enough which urged me to experiment with the alchemy of the Mediterranean products. As a result I tend to cook from the heart with love and respect towards the products I use as well as the customers I serve. Memory is the most important ingredient in cooking. Personally I always carry in my thoughts recollections of my very own mother while she cooked. It is in those recollections that we find our own lives and the paths we take regardless the distance. For that,I have decided to open INDIGO HOME which will host our customers from now on. I'm looking forward to receiving our guests in the warmth and comfort of our private home where the sharing of home-made food unites us all magically. Besides, special people can sometimes find the perfect union in taste rather than words. The Menu may change depending on what's available in the local markets,or due to an inspiration of the moment or maybe both. Without a doubt though, any changes will be made while aiming for a better outcome. I look forward to welcome you in my Indigo Home.
