Pablo is a tour guide and Ainhoa is a filmmaker. We love traveling, cooking and meeting new people. We've shared a flat in Madrid for 10 years with people from all over the world, and our passion is organizing dinners with great food and conversation."
A fun evening, touring the markets with Pablo and purchasing the fresh food for our paella cooking class. A great host with lots of historical knowledge as well as cooking skills who taught us the secrets of how to make great paella. Hands on in the kitchen, he shows you what and what not to do. Sharing the evening with others adds to the fun. Be ready for a climb to the spectacular view from the rooftop and see the Plaza Mayor at night. Thanks Pablo.
