אוכל הוא התאווה הבסיסית ביותר, שמחברת בין אנשים ומהווה את לב האירוע. לקחנו את התאווה הזו אל השורש הקדום שלה – בישול נתחים גדולים בשיטות קדומות: מעשנה, גריל פחם ומדורות. את הנתחים הייחודיים אנחנו מחברים עם מרכיבים שונים ויוצרים מנות גורמה שונות ומדויקות, בעלות מנעד טעמים מגוון. את הארוחה שלנו מזהים מרחוק, אתם תראו נתחים שתלויים מעל או ליד מדורות, גרילים ומעשנות, והרבה מאד ברזל, עץ, פחם ועשן. כשתתקרבו קצת, תראו אוסף של כלי בישול אקלקטיים וייחודיים עם סירים וכלים מברזל יצוק. כל כלי העבודה שלנו הם תוצר של עבודת נפחות בהזמנה אישית.
good vibes, good environment, great hospitality, neat, clean, aesthetic. very good variety of smoked meats and very impressive style of serving. serving sizes was just enough for each person. however, the wine only one glass per person .. extra glass for Nis. 20/- two simple salads, some pickles.
