Excellent presentation with great taste, liked mixture of flavors, activated my palette and creative mixtures of texture from ceviche seafood to slight spice to tasty fish & steak in tacos, homemade tortillas were nice touch, exquisite dessert tart! 5 stars Darrick!
Vote : 4.7/5My two favorite parts were the vegan nachos and the dessert. I would have never thought to make nachos with quinoa as the "beef" - GREAT idea and awesome flavor! The tart for dessert was the perfect finish for the meal - very refreshing and D-licious! The crust was splendid and the filling was smooth and rich! The drinks paired with both of these were also AMAZING and paired perfectly - very complimenting flavors. Awesome experience! Partnering with a charity added a special touch to the event with Beads of Courage!
